Returns

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help, simply contact us at teeny-weeny.com to initiate a return within 30 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to place the order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The customer is responsible for the return cost of the package unless the return is due to our error. We recommended using a tracked service as the package remains the customers responsibility until it has been delivered.

We do not currently offer exchanges as part of the returns policy.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds will not be granted if an item is not being returned in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
